Description:
For ages 8+. Arr, Matey! Come follow the treasure map to Hopewell Community Center, to try and find the pirate’s lost gold. Dress like a pirate and bring your swimwear to see what lies in Davy Jones's locker. Try to find gold in the scavenger hunt, build a cardboard boat to race, walk the plank, and learn to talk like a pirate! Light snacks provided. All participants must wear appropriate swimwear (cotton garments, athletic attire, and other non-conforming swimsuits will not be permitted). Children ages 8-10 must pass a swim test to stay without an adult.

Photos and Video: The City of Hopewell reserves the right to use any photo or video taken of any person participating in a City-sponsored program or event for future publication.
